Term & Conditions
1. Reservation and Payment
- Reservations are considered valid once the deposit or full payment is received.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods approved by the resort.
- Reservation confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellations are available up to 14 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or due to no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Requests to change your stay date will be considered subject to room availability.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: starts at 2:00 PM WITA.
- Check-out time: before 12:00 PM WITA.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Children & Extra Beds
- Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Extra beds are available upon request and may incur an additional charge.
- Infants (0–2 years old) can be provided with a crib free of charge (subject to availability).
5. Damage and Loss Policy
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of resort property caused by their guests or visitors.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the value of the damage, as determined by management.
